Therapy that goes deeper than coping strategies.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, new parenthood, burnout, self-esteem struggles, and the kind of stuck-ness that doesn’t have a simple explanation.
Anxiety, worry, and self-doubt
New parents and maternal mental health
Burnout and exhaustion
People-pleasing and perfectionism
Self-esteem and confidence
Relationship patterns
I’m trained in attachment-based therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, and I’m IFS Level 1 trained. In practice, that means I’m curious about your history, honest about what I’m noticing, and collaborative in figuring out what actually helps rather than applying the same framework to everyone.
Sessions feel like real conversations. I’m warm, direct, and practical. We’ll often start with something concrete you can use this week, then go deeper once things feel steadier. The goal isn’t just symptom relief, it’s understanding yourself well enough that you don’t keep ending up in the same place.

If therapy isn’t in reach right now, Finding Steady in the Storm, my guided journal for anxious new and expecting parents, is a $47 self-paced companion drawn from the same work I do with clients.
