Hi, I’m Michelle — and motherhood reshaped my heart, my life, and my work.
LCSW, PMH-C · Licensed in NY, NJ & FL · Telehealth
When I became a mom, I gained everything I’d hoped for — and I also gained a new kind of exhaustion, a quieter version of myself, and a whole lot of questions about who I was becoming. That experience is woven into how I show up in the therapy room.
I’ve spent over a decade working with people navigating the moments that ask the most of us: new parenthood, career burnout, chronic anxiety, relationship changes, and the slow erosion that comes from years of putting everyone else first.
My approach is warm and direct. I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t just reflect things back at you indefinitely. We’ll look at patterns, dig into where they come from, and build something more useful. Therapy with me tends to feel like a real conversation — grounded, honest, and occasionally a little funny.
I draw on attachment theory, CBT, narrative therapy, and IFS — and I’m IFS Level 1 trained. I use these approaches not because it’s a formula, but because different people need different things at different times. I’ll tell you what I’m thinking and why.
I’m based on the Upper West Side and see clients via telehealth throughout New York, New Jersey, and Florida. I offer weekday and weekend availability.
